What does the Basic Online Coaching Package offer you?

Personalized Schedule: Our coaches ensure that the schedule is tailor-made for you. Every aspect is taken into consideration, including the number of days you want to train, any injuries, lifestyle factors, and we'll make adjustments where necessary. The coach will also provide advice on nutrition, sleep, and other factors influencing your workouts.

1 Feedback Session: You can send videos and text to your coach once a week. Within 48 hours, the coach will respond to the videos and the information provided. Based on this, they will offer tips, cues, highlight key points, and, if necessary, adjust the schedule.

Competition Coaching: Where possible, the coach will accompany you to competitions to provide the best possible support. The athlete is responsible for covering the coach's fee.
